Carol Sachowski, President
Carol Sachowski is a human resource generalist with 15+ years working with individuals and groups realizing their personal and professional goals. Carol has coached both internally and as an external contractor. She has written for industry media and spoken at colleges and universities about the link between human resource management and coaching. Carol is a member of the International Coaching Federation, CoachVille and the BCHRMA and holds a Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation.
Carol 's clients are encouraged to work to capacity by believing bolder in themselves and acting upon it. Carol's beliefs include:
