Combining a strong foundation in human resource management and executive coaching, the client will be assisted in identifying optimal and personalized strategies for striking a winning balance between their own values and corporate expectations.

The working relationship is tailored made to the client's specifications and can be a combination of:

• Phone or Virtual Support: An established block of time that can be used in 15 minute increments or full hour sessions. Available by phone, email, MSN or webcam.
• Onsite Visits: Contact with the client to determine specific needs and the direction of the business. Quarterly follow up visits to assess success of the approach.
• Workshops with Coaching Follow Up: Half or full day sessions on or offsite with members of the client's management team.
